Das neuste Preview zu Guildwars kommt von GameDaily.com. Das Preview handelt von dem World Preview Event, welches anfang September stattgefunden hat. Hier ein kleiner Auszug dazu
We started in a central no-kill area and formed into a group. I could hardly believe how good the environment looked, all from a five-minute download! We then moved to a different town where we met up with some other players at ArenaNet and started a mission. Traveling across the world map was surprisingly simple. All it required was bringing up the map screen and clicking on the desired destination. Then poof, we were there. The ease of movement probably came from the fact that we both had world maps where all the cities were marked and made accessible. Zooming in to the world map revealed exactly how much of it I had explored (a small fraction). I had a significantly longer load time than Chris, mainly because I had to download content he already had installed. Afterward, loading that area would never be as slow as the first time.
